Highly recommended for celebrations. The hotel was well-organised with incredibly attentive personnel who gave us excellent service. The breakfast at the restaurant was varied and large.

The hotel property was luxurious with good and absolutely perfect location right by all the beautiful hotels and casinos in the area, and shops, concert halls and old taipa village. We got silent room with comfortable beds.

Choose deluxe king room with good view. The staff were smart and efficient.

The venue's position was central. I ate at a good restaurant for lunch and afternoon tea. The staff was FABULOUSLY HELPFUL & well organized.

Outstandingly helpful staff, delicious breakfast, the best location very close to Macau for a friends's wedding, other malls and hotels, and Sheraton's restaurants. Beautifully decorated and brand-new room, had a real good stay for business trip. Free wireless internet access, a lounge area, and a writing desk in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the hotel facilities, the cleanliness, the location right in the center of all the action, and the friendly staff. The hotel had great amenities, including a gym and pool access. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nicely decorated interior. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many casinos, the Venetian, Parisian, and a high-end mall. There were also plenty of different restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, especially Mariana Conceicao in Guest Services, provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was enjoyable. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

thanks everyone for an excellent stay for the weekend. the room met the criteria, reasonably large and silent with parisienne view. the location was magnificent and marvellous, adjacent to many casinos and hotels and the center of cotai strip where walking to the venetian.

Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were not particularly helpful.

Very good breakfast, huge choice of dishes. Big room.

In the Italian restaurant "Bene" it was much too cold due to the air conditioning. One froze in spite of the jacket.

I had a delicious and absolutely superb breakfast with every Asian, Champagne plus western food. The staff was smart and efficient, everything was perfect.

Large room with unforgettable view of city. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location in Macau, close to the Venetian Convention centre and all the hotels and shops and Venetian, Hard Rock, Galaxy and many other hotels/casinos.

Great service, even apologized for noise during concert. Received fruit basket and handwritten card. Helpful staff for sightseeing. Modern, luxurious room with open view and well-equipped gym.

The stay at the club was very good and pleasant. The choice of food was good and geared towards the Chinese guests. For the Chinese guests probably very adapted. The service was very courteous, nice and good. The fitness area is very well maintained and very well looked after.

The food in the club was exclusively for the Chinese guests. As the hotel is very large and has many guests with children, it is sometimes crowded, very loud and seems hectic.

Good central location... Room was acceptable with view of Veneto.

Long line at the check-in. Since I had booked for a friend the booking could not be found. The payment with the credit card given at the time of booking turned out to be complicated. Very unfriendly, eerie hallways. Here one notices that the hotel has already gotten old.
